The Law states that premises where libraries, book shops and state-owned publishing houses are located shall not undergo small privatization.
The Cabinet of Ministers shall submit the bill on amendments to the Law "On Libraries and Library Services" and "On Publishing" regarding a ban of privatization of premises where libraries, book shops and state-owned publishing houses are located, and guarantee that the Ministries and other central and local executive authority bodies revise and invalidate the normative-legal acts that contravene the Law.
